JERRY SCHNITZIUS: Leaving the military, Jerry was contracted by the Westvaco Paper Corporation to act as an engineering advisor in developing and implementing the first computer control system in the paper industry.

Subsequently, in 1969 Jerry moved back to Indiana to work in the solid-waste industry as Director of Maintenance and Operations at Waste Management Corporation where he soon was promoted to General Manager, serving for sixteen years.
Seeking new challenges, Jerry then embarked on a career successfully managing several related companies in the solid-waste industry, finally retiring as General Manager for Allied Waste Services in San Diego.
Jerry later joined Ethos Environmental, Inc., as a consultant having had the most experience with the product in a commercial application. As of April 2009, Jerry is an EcoMates Independent Distributor, building a network, one bottle at a time!
Mr. Schnitzius’ numerous awards include:
  • Florida Business Man of the Year, 1987 Chamber of Commerce
  • Exceptional Achievement Management Award. 1990 Waste management
  • The Florida Public Relations Professionalism Award. 1993
  • Outstanding Performance Award. 1997 City Management of Michigan
